By creating an account and using Health Dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Health Dashboard is a personal health and wellness tracking application. It allows you to import, store, and analyze health data including fitness activities, biometrics, blood work results, and financial information.
Access to Health Dashboard requires an active paid subscription. You will be billed on a monthly basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You own your health data. We store it securely and do not sell or share it with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time from the settings page.
You may not use Health Dashboard to store data that belongs to others without their consent, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Health Dashboard is not a medical service. Information displayed is for personal tracking purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Dashboard and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
